Bert Robinson has over 40 years of experience working with people in the business, non-profit, and educational arenas. In 2009 he started providing workshops and personal coaching around the 34 Clifton Strengths to improve the well-being of businesses, corporations, and oganizations by helping people discover and apply their talents and strengths in their professional and personal lives. The secret to his success is how he uses CoreClarity, a cutting-edge process that increases personal productivity and team collaboration.

This work quickly spread nationally and internatinoally and as of 2020 became Inpowering People. He has worked with teams and leaders in the fields of construction, technology, education, and start-ups where his training and coaching has helped over 5000 people and 500 teams find fit, alignment, productivity, and clarity to exceed their potential. Bert's passion to help people maximize their strengths combined with a relational and humorous communication style allows him to impact a wide variety of audiences.

After graduating from the University of Colorado, Bert spent over 30 years in Leadership Development and Human Resources for one of the world's largest non-profits. In his role as a regional coordinator with the Mentor's Forum from 2006-2012 he coordinated highly successful entrepreneurs and businessmen around the United States to engage and equip top emerging young leaders in leadership and character development.Ā 

Bert has his Bachelor's Degrees in psychology and history and is a nationally certified CoreClarity facilitator. Bert and his wife Karey have been married 43 years, raised 4 adult children, and enjoy their 3 grandchildren where they currently reside in Firestone, Colorado.Ā 

Karey Robinson

A passionate developer of people with deep experience, insight, and empathy—Karey brings clarity, encouragement, and emotional intelligence to every step of the growth journey.

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Karey spent over 20 years as a youth specialist, family counselor and mother. She spent the next 10 years working in Development and Human Resources before becoming a regional training specialist and Coffee Master at Starbucks in Colorado.

When her husband Bert took her through the CoreClarity process it gave her definition and direction for a new career. Her Developer, Empathy, Input, Intellection and Relator are energized by helping others discover and grow in their talents. In 2020 she joined Bert in his work with Inpowering People where she develops programs for teams and individuals to discover the best of themselves.

She has since become certified in CoreClarity as well as Emotional Intelligence (EQI) coaching. Her 40 years of work in coaching, training and development has touched hundreds of lives, but none more special than her 4 children, Laura, Danny, CT, and Jay and the 3 grandchildren, Josie, Carter, and Theo.
